one time i was visiting my godfather and he had illegal mortar fireworks he was setting off, and he put the wrong size mortar into too small of a tube and hammered it down into it and then lit it, and it exploded on the ground and giant green orbs of fire shot out in every direction and almost hit everyone in the face.

on the subject, im from masssachussetts, and we usually go to new hampshire to get the fireworks, high quality stuff too. lock n load it hink its called, but of course my favorite are the variety type, chinese firecrackers you throw on the floor and make a bang sound. best part is, theyre the safest type of firework, i crushed them in my hands and barely felt anything.
