I agree. You can tell they love animals esp when they see the babies and hold them for a bit. And love they put the babies in a safe place for mama to come and get them later. They r so cute and most animals make such good loving fierce mamas haaaa. I love these people come back to see if the babies r take away

We’ve seen that raccoons , foxes , rats etc take time to gather up their young and move them somewhere safe as is their maternal instinct….but are there certain mammals that don’t have that instinct and would just abandon their young if disturbed? Wonderful channel , great production values.

I just found you guys today. I am SO GLAD to see you are still posting! If I could ask one thing, it would be that when you capture the footage of the mother coming back to relocate the babies, could you (consistently :) ) have the TIMESTAMP INFO on it? (I saw at least one video from 2019 I think it was that had the timestamp on it). Reason being, it is fascinating to see how much TIME it takes for that process to occur! THANK YOU for all you do! Love and support from the Oregon Coast, USA

A pice of wood above the hole you cut, the cutout fastened to the piece of wood. Just needs a bit of spackle in the cuts and a lick of paint and no one will ever know that you were there. Nicely done! Just maybe cut the edges so that you get a V-shaped groove. Makes it easier to fill the cut properly.

Do you ever have concerns about feral or other wildlife getting the babies? What safeguards are in place for that? And just who really needs a chandelier in a pool house? The fire, yes, it gets cool up there, but putting in a chandelier? Ostentatiousness…

Hi. I live on the outskirts of Toronto and I think there is a man living in my basement. I've set out different traps but all he does is eat the bait. Is there any way you guys can come and humanely relocate him? If it turns out to be my brother (which I sorta suspect), he can be vicious when addled but you can probably use one of those rope loop thingys to drag him out. Thanks!

alternate den is another house... Is there a way we can relocate them to deeper nature where we know they will have ample of space, shelter and food? There's a raccoon whisperer in a in the country side where he feeds wild animals on a daily. Those racoons are welcomed in those rural areas. it's not productive keeping racoons in the same blocks. They shouldn't be eating trash.

All that insulation is horrid for them just as it would be horrid for humans living in such conditions. I utterly gasped at the living conditions not offered in any lease contract by the landlords! Another great job for Momma's baby. Now it is up to neighbors to respect these lives. Gates can do it so far as our laws don't give due respect to these beings as they are considered pests rather than persons. Each sentient being is a nonhuman person. Says Zipporah Weisberg in The Simple Magic of Life, Each time we extinguish an animal subject we extinguish the worlds she inhabited and also the worlds we and other embodied subjects would have co-created with her. To kill a single animal, then, let alone tens of billions, is to tear asunder the world, and the worlds that make it up.

So many wild animals are hit by a car even so 30-or a 40 km speed limit, I pictured a possum with her babies being killed and big foxes so many raccoons, squirrels etc hit by a car, this is a disgusting selfish evil act, people think just only they have to right to leave ?!! These beautiful creations have a family too, they are starving because we build so many condos Businesses etc! And some people are so angry why these creations going to your garden and they try to survive! Messages to that evil selfish people who drive a car, your are a selfish trash dumb dammed disgusting human beings!! I f*****en hate them ! 🤬

Living through a raccoon invasion is absolutely terrorizing! I hate those disgusting creatures.
@dotcassilles14882 жыл бұрын
We are living in their world, taking over the environment that they used to have without a "human invasion" . We have to expect that they will use what we build. They aren't naturally messy when they are nesting, the mum will bury the poop away from the nest so as not to attract predators to the babies. it's when they get stuck or trapped somewhere that they seem to panic and make a mess as they try to find their way out. Racoons seem to be the equivalent of our possums here in South Eastern Australia, about the same size. If humans took the time to learn about the animals around them, we could learn alot from them. Hope you take the time to learn and change your attitude. Blessings, Dot

They have as much right to live tho' as any of us do & for any of us who live in the country or in rural areas, living with wildlife is something that we all know is going to happen. Even when I lived in Toronto years ago, we had 2 different couples of raccoons that would come to visit every couple of weeks.

🦝Rhoda Racoon was so disappointed that she had to move from her booshie bath house to the big house across the pond. "Come on, Reginald," she whispered, "you will love the new place`~ I've redecorated it again this year, there is alot more room & it's just right here." "The girls had been so jealous of the bath house but the big house is so fine." She thought as she scampered past the pond & scaled the brick. "Maybe we will invite your Auntie Ronda & Auntie Rosa to live with us. There is so much room & the two leggeds had put so much Nesting Crunch up for her that her sisters' rowdy broods won't be heard🦝🌿🦝
