When a Person Obtains Recognition as an Italian Citizen and wants to Move to Italy with their Non-Italian Spouse they would NEED to get a Permission of Stay for their Spouse but is their an Income Requirementfor the Spouse or would the Italian Citizen have to Prove that they Can Support the Non-Italian Spouse? What things will Need to be done for the Non-Italian Spouse to Qualify and Receive the Permission of Stay and will it need to be reviewed Every Year or Renewed Every Year?

Hi, I really appreciate the fact that you guys give legal advice to a lot of people in need.However I am in a very difficult situation looking to get some advice/direction.I am originally from Nepal, married to an Italian citizen and we have a six yrs old girl & we live in the UK( married in the Uk) I do not have a British passport as I don’t want to get one even if I am eligible.Last time I tried to get Italian citizenship I needed an Italian language certificate.Since I don’t & never intend to live in the Italy and We all speak English I was wondering if there’s a way for me to get somekind of documentation to travel to Italy without a visitors visa since UK has left the EU.(wife and daughter both have Italian passports) I would really appreciate if you could address this please 🙏 Thank you
