Today number of IAS, IPS officers running their personal KZbin channels and most of them are for awareness. But a Government employee is not allowed to run his any business till he is in service. So is running Such channels is not considered a business as they also generate revenue from this and the time devoted by them to prepare such content hampering their daily duties. What are the rules under which they are allowed to do so. (1) To run a KZbin channel ? (2) The revenue generated by them from KZbin is not their extra income ? (3) What action can be taken on them on by Department if it is a business activity ?
