Best job I’ve seen most people are surprisingly bad at putting the back glass on

This is far from the best job. Proper replacement of the back cover is done when the phone is completely disassembled, because pieces of glass and soot will definitely get inside the device. In the future, this can damage the battery, which in turn can lead to a fire in the iphone.
