4 cups Cake flour
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 Tablespoon oil
filling
1 cup water
100g desicated coconut
cardamom pods
stick cinnamon
1 cup apricot jam
1/2 cup sugar
bake @180 degrees Celsius
15-18 minutes
