Aslm.i normally use full crm cooking chocolate but i crm cr cfind that it gets very hard in the romany crm.wot can i add to soften ot a bit

I prefer the Cadbury chocolate for Romany creams because it doesn't get so hard but u can try adding a little oil to the full cream cooking chocolate

Hi u can use Evaporated milk or plain milk won't be as creamy but should work if Recipe calls for 250ml cream just replace with same amount of whatever u have

If u in south Africa u usually get the coconut in 250g packs but it's 2+3/4 cups,dry ingredients is always measured in grams or cups only liquid is measured in ml,if I'm sure about measurements I always just Google and u should get an answer
