I spent a month in Bucharest about 25 years ago and I can hardly recognize it from your report. So many new buildings! Gay life was there, if you were advised where to look, but there was little and definitely DL. BTW the huge Congressional Palace is High Totalitarian. The old streets and buildings are entrancing. I love Romanian food. And I think people in Bucharest are especially attractive. To the reader who asked about culture, there's loads, much of it firstclass. Go, it's a beautiful city!

The only place I have been and i saw like almost nothing was Bucharest. As I mentioned, I got sick in the very biggening and It was hard to leave the hotel.

@@yourgayguyde Yeah, yeah. You hooked up with someone really hot and didn't want to stop. Glad to hear you're back in the saddle. And next time you'll be ready with your bucket list. I did visit a very friendly LGBT community center, once for a party and once when an American volunteer showed "Jeffrey", one of my favorites. But it looks like the city has changed enormously.

You only showed a cruising park. You listed the bars and clubs and some restaurants. Are those the only sites to see? Are there any nature places other than cruising spots? Is there any culture that could be interesting? How are the hotels? Prices, amenities?
@yourgayguyde5 ай бұрын
Yes. Bucharest has not got a lively and busy gay life just as Madrid, Barcelona, Berlin, etc. It is a country that not so long ago, being homosexual was illegal as mentioned in the video. It is incredible to see how much it has changed tho.

@@yourgayguyde thank you for your response, and the person who also responded. I appreciate the info and would love to see more. I love museums and visiting the historic palaces and churches. I also appreciate the attractive men from there. I have met some over the years. Living in NY, I have met people who have come to vacation here and on Fire Island. I had a home in Cherry Grove and we meet many people who come from many different places. Once again, thank you.

Read the headline: Gay Cruising
@DanielGarcia-os6qh5 ай бұрын
@@pm6613 so are you saying that gays only cruise in parks. We do have the ability to cruise in other places as well. At least some of us do. BTW it didn’t say cruise “park”. Just saying…
