Sleeveless shirts are ok on the beach. However, in restaurants, churches and in the city you show respect to others by dressing at least in t shirts. I have wondered why this rule does not apply with gay men.

That’s your rule and not mine nor the restaurants and places we went. For a rule to be applied there should be signs placed to inform tourists. So answering your question. This “rule” doesn’t apply to anyone as it doesn’t exist.

@@yourgayguyde Maybe in Brazil there are no rules.. but in Europe in a lot of churches you will have an information about clothes/no photo etc Restaurants - your choice, however you did not go the restaurants per se - so hey ho

In Italy, al the churches have signs indicating you shouldn't enter wearing a sleeveless shirt. And these signs are everywhere here.

Even gay people can show a little bit of respect. There are rules like dress codes in certain bars and clubs, so there are in churches.
