I'm happy to hear you will be cheering for the Bengals during the Super Bowl this year, Gayle. I live in the Cincinnati area and have lived here for 47 years. I remember the last time the Bengals went to the Super Bowl and lost the game. We needed a positive thing to happen here after the past few years. There is orange and black EVERYTHING all over the city and people are in good moods. Fun to see! I loved watching your video today. Now I want to make some of these.

Hi Gayle! I just saw this video today. You always inspire me to do new things, and make a trip to Etsy and Hobby Lobby! LOL! It was fun to learn about tea cards and see you use the transfers today. You know what I will be looking for when I go shopping this weekend! I am also heartbroken that the Chiefs aren't in the Superbowl this year. I have been a fan for 30 years, next year. Lots of close calls and heartbreaks in all that time! Anyways, Thank you for your teachings and all your inspirations! I need to go clear the dining room table so I can start creating! Have a safe and fabulous weekend with your family!

I love these too and get so excited to see you stamp at the end because then they truly come to life. I have been getting all my pieces cut to make some. I have been searching in the garage and all over for things that have texture. I don’t have any stamps like yours and don’t see any that I like well enough to purchase. Someday I may surprise you with a picture.

Thank you for the reminder on that green ink pad that Ceri talked about loving I meant to order myself one and forgot so I paused the video and jumped over and got myself one. Hi Gayle. Thank you for directing us to Ceri the Crafter. He is a very talented and interesting gentleman. I will enjoy watching his videos now too. Quick questions, do you ever include used dryer sheets in your mixed media? They seem like they could find a second life in junk journals. As always, I love your videos!
@gayleagostinelli_ct2 жыл бұрын
I use painty or inky baby wipes, but haven’t used dryer sheets. ❤️
@LynsAlteredArts2 жыл бұрын
I’ve used used dryer sheets that I coffee dyed just for layering under something. Like where you would use lace or tulle for layering. The dryer sheets really took the coffee it’s way too dark for most things if I do one again I’ve got a really water down the coffee it just sucked it up.

Hi. These are so pretty. Have you considered every doing some side to side? Tags go side to side sometimes and for journal cards. I am rooting for Bengals too. Saw a TicTok of a fella 86, crying tears of joy when the Bengals won The AFC. They started a Go-Fund-Me to get him to the Super Bowl. The raised enough for him and an attendant to go! So Awesome! X

These are handy! I think they would be very useful horizontally and even as small as half an inch. Just for little bits here and there almost like clusters. Omg. U could use them to top clusters if u make small ones. I challenge you Gayle. Try horizontally and try some tiny. I think they will be wins too!
@LynsAlteredArts2 жыл бұрын
Yes I’ve been thinking about horizontal, I made a whole bunch of these last time and they’re addictive but I need to make some horizontal ones to put on pockets I don’t know why I made everything vertical.

I have to pound the clasp to get my dog's tie out clasp open so he can go out for a few minutes. It was 5° last night, up to 20° now. I love this with the tracing paper! It's on my list to try! TFS!

Hello Gayle, I love these focal points for cards they are such a great addition to my repertoire. Can you tell me why you don’t stamp the sheets with background stamps before tearing the paper into strips? It would appear to be easier but there may be a reason why you don’t.
@gayleagostinelli_ct2 жыл бұрын
No reason other than I hadn’t thought about it. 😂. My tracing paper is huge and doesn’t fit well on my desk, so it might be hard for me to do another way. But if you have 8 1/2 x 11 tracing paper, your way would work great! ❤️

Can I believe my eyes? I think I saw Gayle Agostinelli throw away a tiny piece of paper! 💕🤣💕 Seriously, though, you mentioned you thought about putting book page behind the owls, but you’d already glued them down because they are so cool and you were enthusiastic about using them. I think book page glued to the back side of the tracing paper would look so cool, sort of muted but still there. What do you think?
