GCN Presenter Challenge: Secret Santa. Each presenter has a small but equal budget. Each presenter draws the name of another presenter from a hat. That is the person who the budget must be spent on to buy a bike for. Each person receives their bike from their secret santa and then all are faced with a series of challenges in an overall race. A cobble stage, gravel stage, cyclocross stage, paved climb stage, flat paved stage, and paved descent. Prohibited are tricycles, kid's bikes, bikes obviously too small, motorized bikes (electric, gas or otherwise), and others that people can agree upon. All bikes must be in ride-able condition with at least 1 working brake upon receiving. Modification of the bike from the budget before presenting is allowed but the number of functional brakes before modification must be the same after. Adjustment of the bike after receiving is allowed. Fixed gears allowed? Up for debate.

I would also add that the gifter of a winning bike should be considered the real winner and all other participants should be placed in the race according to the place the bike they gifted took.

Wow what a great GCN Presenter Challenge! I guess that it wasn't so unexpected to see that Si did so well but I was more surprised that Emma didn't come to the front of the race... was looking to see her and Si maybe battle it out... looks like Oscar maybe hung up his wheels a little too early there! Did we ever find out how much further Katherine rode to get to the top of the Angliru? Looks like she came across the line with the biggest smile... I guess if you can do the Dirty Kanza then a climb as tough as this wouldn't be so gruelling! Toughest climb... local 20% climb where you are twisting and turning and can't see further than maybe 20 meters round the next bend! Amazing video guys!

A few comments: 1- Emma is a beast! You rock! 2- Oscar's awesome mustache is a possible UCI violation as it clearly provides some great aero benefits. Emma won women’s at Taiwan KOM. Time were ahead of Si by quite a bit. I guess Si was doing presenting and commentary a bit. I’d expect Emma to finish ahead of Si if the race was longer. Ladies seems to be almost as good as men if not better when it comes to endurance races.

L'Angliru a couple years ago. Hardest climb I've ever been on. Was the cyclist sculpture still at the Cueña les Cabres 23% section? Beautiful mountain. Great memories reliving it. Muy bien hecho.. Gracias a todos
