A worthy winner! I spent 3 winters commuting on a Gryphon I got from ebay. I did put some decent brakes on it but it was comfortable and sure footed in all conditions. Although I'd still pick the Carlton if I was buying a bike tomorrow as I'd love to add something classic to my shed.

Gethin D-J well don’t buy it then. Because of high demand (English people included) the price goes up every year. It was cheaper when it was only sold in France and before the queen her majesty Elisabeth II appointed this champagne (it is written on every bottle). Vineyard are limited and production can’t grow. It requires minimum 18 month to do a Champagne. Hard work, tears and blood. Show some respects guys !
