GDC KZbin uploads last year's videos. For latest one's you have to go to GDC Vault site but it has a subscription fee.

Never seen a more lifeless AC game than Syndicate. In Unity you could go in 1 out of every 4 buildings. In Syndicate almost none. The crowds were terrible in Syndicate too. Almost no one one the streets.
