GE Personal Security Window/Door Alarm

GE Personal Security Window/Door Alarm. These small door alarms work perfectly and when triggered, they are very loud. They are quite easy to install as well. Just peel the tape and stick both parts close together. There is a magnetic connection. When the magnetic connection is broken, the alarm will sound. There are 2 alarm settings. One is a 120 decible alarm and the other setting is a door chime. Both settings are quite loud and easy to be heard. This alarm is battery operated. Perfect for your home, apartment, RV, garage etc.

Had someone break into a neighbors house a few houses down so i bought Simplisafe security system have cameras and signs and decals EVERYWHERE still had someone pull right up and break into my next door neighbors house while i was home which is like 20 yards from my bedroom its really amazing how quick my 9mm ended the situation, a gun is the closest thing to guaranteed security

it might be a good idea to put tape over the controls so its not easily accessible to a bad guy that is familiar with it and can just turn it off really quick

Not for outdoor use, I'd partially consider that being outside.. they do have some for the outside though.👍🏾

You could also look up door chimes on Amazon. They work basically the same but you could plug the chime (the noisy part) into an outlet in your bedroom. Only you would hear it and it wouldn't blast you and the neighbors.

You left out way to much info.. how long do the batteries last ? How long does the siren stay on before turning off or do you have to shut it off yourself? If alarm goes of can you just close the door to stop it ?

I bought these with less info than I gave you in the video. No way I can answer the battery life question but I will say a long, long time. My video clearly shows the alarm going off when the door closes. These are great, I highly recommend.

When you shut the door or window, the alarm goes off. It automatically goes off.

​@@knboykI just brought four yesterday, when you turn the toggle to OFF that's just what it is. It does nothing. Window can be open, closed, cracked, or broke.
