I get this error code but in test mode the damper vent opens and closes normally. My drain pump isn’t making any noise at all no hum. Replaced the drain pump still not working, going to replace inverter and control board.

Is there a repair or diagnostic video for a GE front load wishing machine model GHWN1100H1WW, It doesn’t tumble or spin but otherwise it seems fine, Plz advise. Thanks -patrick

I have a problem with error code 38 and it shows on the top left a lock symbol.. Does anyone know? I don't wanna take it apart maybe there a a way to reset?
