Gearbox sticker fix for the LEGO Technic 42110 Land Rover Defender

In my previous videos about the LEGO Technic 42110 Land Rover Defender I showed you that the gear sequence is reversed in the car. Luckily ForwarT Sticker created a nice little sticker pack that resolves the issue.

If your doing this you should probably do the stickers while your building it

Why are you flipping (+ -) gear? The instruction book tells to have + to left and - to right (from inside) You did + to right and - to left. Why?

Hello, I have one question: when I put the highest gear and "low" is selected (in standard version) the car don't go and make "cracks", and if I put the highest gear when "hi" is selected, it's impossible to move the car. How do yo think, what is wrong there? (at 1st and 2nd gear on "low" it works and at 1st "hi")

Hello RacingBrick! i have a massive problem with this unit,,, the top left wheel falls down when you are in D (or you just move it foward),,, when you do it in R everything is Ok,,, im really desperate :( Any thoughts?

Hi! Can you help with the following issue: the engine cylinder only moves in shift R, but not in D. Did I mess up something with the gearbox?

A couple of reasons - The Hi/Lo selector should not be in a middle position, either in Hi or in Lo. In some gears you need to push the car around 1m until the pistons will start to move, in R the "route" between the wheels and the fake engine is much shorter so the pistons start to move way sooner. If you can't identify the issue I suggest to remove the body of the car and follow the route of the drivetrain from the wheels through the DNR shifter, the Hi/Lo selector and the gearbox to identify where is the problem.
