To anyone being bullied, hold your head up, and keep moving forward. Once High School ends, and you see those "bullies" years later, you'll see that some now look horrible, weak, or simply broke. Everyone will be shocked at how leveled up you are when it comes to spirituality, confidence, physical appearance, financially, or all of the above. It'll pay off if you don't give up.

I was bullied in high school because I was pretty ugly, puberty hit me late and I was this lonely shy gamer kid. I just kept to myself and I didn't talk much. I was a bit chubby so kids made fun of me, took pictures, giggled when I walked by and etc. which hurt me a lot but what completely destroyed me was when a girl at a party (the only party I ever went to in my life) said eww when she was dared to kiss me. That literally broke my heart to the point I starved myself and got anorexic. Thankfully I changed my mindset, started lifting and bulking and eventually I got pretty muscular. I have been working out for 6 years now, I came really far and I am actually thankful to those bullies because they look like shit now and they are miserable. Kids can be assholes, people in general actually so you just need to stay strong and prove them wrong. I still struggle a bit with my confidence but I am slowly working on it.

I find this video relatable. Especially when you mentioned your high school experience. I wouldn't say I liked high school from 8th grade until 10th grade, but when I moved to college abroad I got into self-improvement. I was not the best at dating girls even though I was cute and all, so I started going to the gym, and I fell in love with it because of that feeling of proving people wrong. Out of my friends, I was picked on because I looked younger, skinny, and had terrible taste in fashion. I was shy and introverted. Couldn't maintain good conversations with people and was classified as awkward. Always in my room listening to music, browsing the internet and playing video games. In 2017, things changed. I upgraded my closet with some cool fits, went to the gym and started a skincare routine. But I lacked approaching women and maintaining good convos, and still, I do lack. Overall, I get choosing signals from 7's and 8's but can't invest a lot on conversation skills.
@ralph9923Ай бұрын
The secret to good convos is just being intensely present with the person during the interaction, don’t be afraid of silences and train yourself to lower any filters you have in your mind by spontaneity mental exercise. Make the conversation about the other person and he/she will respect you for it because, more than anything, people love talking about themselves, this is especially true with women.

Its actually crazy how much weight your looks can carry in high school ive been watching your videos for a long time austin and you've really helped me to improve myself alot I'm only 16 and i have a good physqiue and I look really good but I am a really introverted person in school I never talk to anyone and don't share their interests but the craziest thing for me is how there are so many other quiet kids or autistic kids or whatever that are always getting picked on and targeted in my year but its never me sometimes I look even more shy than them but rather than get picked on the girls in my class always try to strike up a convo with me and ask me out and I won't lie sometimes I may come off a geeky to them because of the subjects I enjoy in school but I'd never get bullied for it it's crazy how much looks can affect you in every area of life so along with boosting your confidence improving your looks can also somewhat give you advantages in life so its definitely worth putting work into guys 💪

Class of 21 here. Euphonium player of our marching band. I was active in sports like athletics, field hockey, cricket and part of our Science Club, and chess too. I wasn't too popular with everyone but a friendly person (3 years later if I go back to my school some kids probably still know me) but I always felt awkward and out of place no matter where I was. At this stage of my life, I personify the strong, athletic, confident (sometimes ego) nerdy guy (I wear thick lens glasses). High school was a fun experience but I'm happy that it's over and that I continued with my life. I don't worry about my old high school friends all the time besides a check up, I have my brotherhood of guys with similar goals to mine, including a homie I've been friends with for 14 years. Everything is fine and life continues after you finish school. Its just up to us to make that movement greater rather than worse

I’m black and I went to 95%+ white schools from grades K-10 and it was the worst. I lived in a pretty racist town. I got made fun of from 6th grade to 10th. Racial slurs were thrown every once in a while. My race was often the topic on conversation in high school. Got bullied a bit, but whenever hands were put on me (which was rare), hands were put right back on them. We moved to a diverse neighborhood my junior year, so I did 11th and 12th there, and it was the best high school experience. I loved it. There must be balance. When you’re the only black kid, these white kids get brazen (power in numbers). When it’s a good mix, they have some sense. Not one thing was said about my race in the mixed school. No one tried to put hands on me. I was welcomed and treated really well. Now at the new school, I did start to get clowned for how I dressed though (which never happened at the white school), but best believe I fixed that real quick and the jokes stopped immediately 😅

People don't realise how hurtful comments can be - kids can be trying to be funny, but they're being super dicks. It is totally insane to me that people could make those comments. Most people would have friended AD so hard in most schools. In my school, like...no one would ever have made those comments ever in a million years, but then it was 50/50 white to others. I got super hurtful comments - like everything. Having big feet. They called me a clown. Then I worked out a lot from 14-15. And everyone would make fun of me for being fit. They'd take the piss out of me, clapping because I did clap pushups one time. I didn't have the skinny fat AD problem. No matter what you do kids will find a way. I've kept training up for 15 years, and honestly those people aren't people I would hold a conversation with. They're fat and balding.
