This must be the most detailed review i seen so far, almost like done by a German engineer 😂. I hope the Proton eMAS 7 the RHD version in Malaysia will have a stiffer suspension ( Proton ride and handling 😅)

I happened to be tailgating an eMas test mule a week ago and I share the same observation and concern. Car was too pillowy to undulations on a highway and the tires were strikingly too skinny for its mass.

Perfect detailed review and I appreciate that. I was excited for this car to come to Indonesia, but now I'm a bit hesitant, because Traction Control is very important here and there are a lot of holes and uneven pavement. Does it have Traction Control from your observation and would it handle bad roads including bumpy roads and holes with ease? Another thing is how would it handle with flooded or high water roads, because I saw it looks a bit flimsy on the bottom and not sure how it would do going through water after heavy rain. By the way, is the DC fast charging already CCS2 or still GBT? How is the seat comfort for you? Is it quite soft on the back and bottom? For me a lot of cars are a bit hard on the shoulder blades and the neck and shoulders hurt easily. For example the Wuling Cloud EV (in China I think its called Jinguo Cloud) has very comfortable seats and is soft.

If it had a frunk, I'd say that you could probably fasten down two boxes of pennies, or a bag of sand, and the front drive would be better. Mind you, the tire wear on the front would also be quicker.

Product quality need more time to tell.I have been driving the E5 for a month and there are no major problems so far.
