Not bringing Gojo back will spoil the ending for jjk. Yuji will be the only one left alive and that he wont technically win against Sukuna so the Yuji right now is at his peak and wont be changing, unless Yuji somehow has any correlation to Buddha which is highly unlikely since Gojo was considered the honored one. I think bringing Gojo back will make the story even better by just completely erasing his ego and personality and starting over with a more humble and serious one.
