Thank you so much for explaining this! I kept thinking that I need to have padding around the ball of my foot (I have zero fat pad left) to take pressure off it and not directly under it but I cannot find any pads/cushions/insoles with a hole or plug in them so when you explained the picture is incorrect it means I can wear the cushions available but just place them back further, I look forward to finally feeling some relief, thanks again ☺️
