Clean glass or tiles with alcohol, let dry, spray clear epoxy paint and let fully dry. You can then transfer image to the glass or tiles as you would transfer image onto paper! If you choose to do so, you can Spray or roll a layer of clear epoxy paint to seal image onto glass/tiles or other substrates!

I'm also a follower of yours on Instagram. This tutorial was a lot more informative. Especially with the drying times. I've had mixed results, but I am persistent. My recent dilemma concerns when I attempted to clean my plate with residue paint on the plate. I used a newspaper (duh!) and the black type left a stained ghost image onto the plate itself. Aside from a power sander or blowtorch, what to do suggest to get it completely cleaned? I have used dish detergent with elbow grease and the darn type stares at me in the face. Thanks!

Baby wipes or packing tape usually get my most stubborn gelli plate gunk cleared.

Hi - Im an encaustic artist and want to make some gel prints to use with the wax, Acrylic paints dont play well with wax. Do you think the Speedball oil based ink would create a similar magazine print? Thanks!

I tried a womens journal and a nat geo-- some text workde from the nat geo but nothing else, the womens mag didnt work at all. do you have a prefferred magazine brand?

Yes, it work on fabric too. I use acrylic paints.

Use acrylic paint with fabric binder if not fabric paint or need it to be permanent.l been doing this for years if no fabric paint then acrylic paint with binder it works Keep Rocking 🤙 the good stuff 👍 Beautiful people 🤗 🥰
