Y’all shouldn’t be applying opaque colors before putting these on. You’re blocking the light from curing the adhesive properly.

Thank you for this!!! I actually just picked this up today! I went in for my usual color and was supposed to get my nails done but, I'm not about those energies so I figured I'd do it myself for a change! Will see how it goes! I didn't get the bond though. Yeah it was pricey for sure but, I just got the light, nails and prime and adhesive duo. How long did your nails last by the way?

I wish you the best of luck with your nail purchase. Doing your own nails can be therapeutic. I took the nails off after about 3 days so I can't tell you how long they would have lasted. I'm so glad this helped you 😊

Thank you so much for this video with the Gelish soft gel tips, short round. Would it be possible to give the measurements of these tips? I’m looking for tips that are quite small, +/- 1.5 cm (thumb). Thanks in advance.

I didn't have a flexible measuring tape to measure the inside of the tip. I measured it with a straight ruler. And it looked to be about 1.5 cm for the biggest thumb tip. I hope that helped 😊

You need to go to a professional nail store and you get 550 for 17 dollars the same brand and the duo way cheaper too. You don’t need to be a professional. I’m a DIY girl too and I go there way cheaper.

I've never heard of the brand 550. I will definitely have to look that up. I'm not trying to be a professional. I like the Gelish brand. Gelish was the first gel polish I ever use. So when I seen they had a nail tip system I definitely wanted to try it. When I seen that I had Sally rewards, I jumped at the chance to get it practically half off. Thank you for the new brand recommendation, I'll have to look that one up.

@lettas nail sorry I means the gelish brand but it comes with 550 full coverage nails. So you get way more and it’s cheaper
