I was just thinking the same thing! We need someone who is aggressively apolitical and bipartisan in that role to unite this fracturing country. So, yeah, Treason. TWO of the THREE types of Treason, to be specific. Look up the definition of the 3 types of Treason. Milley also violated UCMJ Article 88, and Article 194, and that too is easy to verify on the net.
