@@pioneerzoomer9612 Yeah, Exile Definitely. I also like Beggars Banquet and It's Only Rock-'n'-roll is a good album, but I wouldn't say it's as good as Let It Bleed, Sticky Fingers and Exile On Main Street.

@JeffRebornNow Жыл бұрын
Sticky Fingers is a pure work of art. The Stones spent more time perfecting the sound of that album than any other. The jazz improvisation on Can't You Here Me Knocking is as good as anything on Miles Smiles, and Jagger's vocals on Moonlight Mile surpass anything he did before or since. Every bit of it is brilliant and it fits together as a cohesive whole. The Stones proved with this album that their particular brand of English r & b rock (with a tinge of country) was every bit as polished and unique as the Beatle's pop imbued offerings on Abbey Road. [Can I have said this any better?]
@kevanbrown7620 Жыл бұрын
@@JeffRebornNow No way. You said that absolutely perfectly. Brilliant way to explain the perfect Sticky Fingers. In the same year, 1971 a great year for music, The Who released their most perfect album Who's Next. It's a flawless piece of work with incredible tracks like 1 of the great songs in Baba O'Reilly, also Bargain, Behind Blue Eyes and Won't Get Fooled Again, aswell as lesser known tracks Love ain't for Keeping, The Song is Over and Getting In Tune. Quadrophenia is an incredible album and 1 of my favourite Who albums but it's a bit flawed, nevertheless it's a classic album. I know a lot of Who fans love The Who Sell Out which is a really great album, but i don't believe you can compare it to the perfect Who's Next or the powerful, incredible Quadrophenia album.

This tune has always been a hidden Gem Stone from their greatest album Sticky Fingers. Listen to Bobby Keys tear it up beginning at 2:49. But it really belongs in the Top 25 of the greatest compositions by the Stones.
