Please educate yourself, this comment wasn’t even related to sex, (female, male and intersex). Also, yes, technically, you would be a female if you were born with female reproductive systems, however, there’s also gender identity, meaning how someone identifies their *gender* (not their sex, you can’t change the way you’re born unless you have surgery) So someone could be born with female reproductive systems, but identify with a different gender identity. There are 3 sexes, but many gender identities. And if you can’t even respect their gender identity, or their pronouns, then you’re disrespecting them, and that’s not okay; it’s the least you can do for someone, even if you hate them.

@@eggmon420 Maybe, but people claim all kinds of things just to feel special, and that doesn't make those things any less real. Besides, that has nothing to do with how rare or obscure that identity is. I can claim to have dysphoria and be a trans dude, which is a widely accepted identity, but I could be pretending just as much as someone with a rarer or more specific identity (demiboy, agender, etc.) might not be. Worst case scenario, they really are making it all up and I believed them. Even then, what harm does it do me to use the correct pronouns or validate someone's identity? (most of the time they at least think that's their identity, so it would still be hurtful to be rude when they're genuinely exploring themselves). Best case scenario, they're not making it up, and I treated someone who needed it with basic respect and compassion. Contrapoints actually just made a really good video about this - she's very weird and often inappropriate, but she makes some good points and addresses the counter-arguments, so I'd recommend checking her out. (It's called "Transtrenders")

As someone who identifies as the former, while I wish they and others were in this, I do understand the need to keep the shorter video concise. I do wish I could find a proper, long video on the various sexualities though. There's annoyingly little in the way of in-depth videos on less common/less well-known sexualities and genders.

Just to correct some things! No one chooses their gender, it’s what they’ve always been. Sexualities are with genders not sexes. Transgenders don’t need to transition physically to be transgender.
