Amazing. I'm studying Molecular Bioscience at University of Hawaii and I loved this video. It made my feel like I'm gaining all the skills necessary to perform this techniques in the future. I can't wait to be doing this kind of work. Aloha from Hawaii!

I like the moment where she says "At last..." because it's probably been a few days at it! Thank you Vanessa for an excellent hands on presentation. My only wish is that some of the specifics like which buffer or which restriction enzyme would be shared either in the video or the description above. Nonetheless, still quite good!

Awesome demonstration! Very informative! Great job! Thank you! My only doubt is why didn't you use blue- white screening to distinguish between the recombinants and the other tranformants/non-transformants? Is the long method necessary? It's just a query coming from a student like me...
