You're so RIGHT! Pts need to have goal of the outcome per client. Warmup 5-10 min, Workout, cool down and stretch. Head above ur heart!

I like my personal trainer, but I have worked with one who doesn't know me, pushes when they shouldn't and I instinctively know they're wrong for me. I am very serious about my training and I listen to my body. I appreciate the trainer who pays attention and doesn't make me feel bad about where I'm at. The trainer needs to enter a relationship with you where you are primary. They rise as you rise. I'm taking NASM and I find working with a trainer so valuable.

I was hoping you’d be the host of the podcast. I’ve learned the most(by far) from your videos. Especially the collection of cueing videos available with the online self study. I’m taking the CPT exam at the end of this month. You rock like granite, Richey!

Loved the object in motion tends to stay in motion and an object in rest tends to stay in rest unless acted upon by an outside force quote

what about the client that thinks nothing is changing because they are never sore... being taught my whole life myself that some muscle soreness is actually a good sign
