General Synod Debate - Nov 2021 - Finance (effectiveness of spending on safeguarding)

At the November 2021 Group of Sessions of the General Synod, Canon John Spence, Chair of the Archbishops' Council's Finance Committee, gave an update on the Council's budget for 2022 and revised proposals for apportionment - the part of the budget paid for by dioceses.
I asked him about evaluating the effectiveness of the significant increase in national spending on safeguarding.
