I am trying to create a landing page; I think that is what I need. On this page, I want to create a form that allows people to sign up for one of two topics. One topic will be for Oklahoma residents only, and the other will be for my Etsy shop. I want all Oklahoma residents to be able to sign up for both markets, but others to sign up for only my Etsy shop.
