WHat happens when your rules no longer work? Already unplugged the garage door opener, deleted the app, resinstalled the rules but nothing seems to work. The support did not know what can be done either? rules worked up until 2 days ago and nothing seems fix it - can still use the app for opening and closing but need the rules to work.

Great question Chrs. I have a similar one, how do you delete a virtual key? Showing existing virtual keys in the app would probably be useful.

I was just told that you have to delete the entire set up and start all over in order to remove a virtual key. If that's true, not efficient at all.

Whith the time range rule what happens if the door is opened during the time range when it should be closed? If it automatically closes can the duration that it is open be adjusted?

You can set your garage door to close after a specific time frame. For example, set the door to always automatically close after one or two hours of being continually open, or whatever timeframe you wish to set.

How do you delete a rule?

The rules have not worked since the app update. I have the rule set for 10 min been trying to change it to an hour it is really a pain when you are working in the garage and the door closes every 10 minutes

I have numerous garage doors in my Aladdin connect app. I want different users to have access in different doors. When I update one doors users, it updates all other doors to match. Can I set it up so users only have access to specific doors?
