Omg the instructions on the keypad actually suck and are not helpful. I was trying for a good half hour with my fiance and gave up. I was gonna call the 1800 number on the keypad but then I found your video! Thanks so much. It works now. 😁

Thank you very much. The keypad directions were worthless. The there was a 90 minutes wait time on the 1-800 number. The online Helpline was charging five dollars.

TOOK ME 2 YEARS to come across this video and FINALLY get mine working, lol! I'm not sure if the reset is necessary because my light just stayed on....Also, I waited to my purple light stopped flashing.....entered the code....and pressed the up/down with a half of second in between each press. At first I didn't think this video or my system works but it eventually did

Thank you. Our builder installed and and programmed our opener while the house was empty and before we moved in. I didn't have the manual, but there are instructions printed inside the cover of the keeper. One problem... It's only half the instructions. There is nothing about having to go up to the ceiling unit to finish programming. Now I'll have to wait until my husband gets home because I don't do ladders. Why don't they just put a link for their own video... Better yet-YOURS! 👍👍👍
