You have to remember that the sky passages are basically the only relevant bonus Oranos has... if they were nerfed, he would need compensation or there would be no reason to play him.

Movement speed and Shockwave are pretty good too, but SP is the main thing. It should be strong now that it costs 5 favour instead of like 300 resources. Maybe it should cost a bit of wood and gold tbh

Oranos doesn't have busted hp boost, strong upgrades (beside speeds but it's for infantry so very nice but not super good), boost to units in general. He's all about LOS and it's something really tricky to take advantage of. Sky passages are nice but if u are pressured it becomes useless. Sending away villager randomly just to make a sky passage is so bad sometimes. It's super good when you are pressuring but otherwise Gaia and Chronos are better imho

Man those piggies were crippling... that felt really OP and probably lead to the snowball that eventually defeated him. At the least they should make it that you don't lose control of those units, its evil that after an opponent halves your army they also get a ton of free food and it does not make sense.

Hahahaha, that was great. First of all you did not have the "trumpet on standby" coz ya had to run somewhere to get it, and I love the concept of the caster just dropping everything to run and get a trumpet instead of having a soundboard ready like a pro. I think I have switched to your casts full time now, poor Drongo can't seem to get his shit together or ice-cold KZbin has entierly stopped suggesting his vids.

What I actually do with Oranos is go to the furthest less safe gold mine closer to the enemy on the sides or in the middle of the map and put a sky passage, then link it to other gold mines. Essentially I try to suck off my opponents resources instead of mine so if I ever get pushed back mine will be full, gold, wood and hunt.

I've been gaia main and Im jelaous cause oranos has so many cool toys to play with: chaos, shockwave, satyr and valor being so strong. Sky passages are just cherry on top if you can utilize them well.
