I am strongly considering this! I had a full brick and mortar juice bar from Dec. 2016 till Oct. 2018 and then closed it. Overhead was $$$$ and not a great location. I also had a medical practice which paid the bills. I retired and I moved from TN to MS ten weeks ago, and have loads of time, a little money, and a BIG garage! Found a cheap three compartment sink today (since I sold everything) and will buy the M1 if I go thru with this! I loved the juice business, but had since I had the practice at the same time I had to pay four employees. THIS I could do solo! Thank you so much for this great idea.

Part of your garage? If I found out I was drinking juice made in someone's garage next to their half empty paint cans, exhaust fumes, filthy car tires, jugs of antifreeze, motor oil soaked concrete floor and lawn mower I would call the health department and have them shut down faster than speeding light. Maybe even sue them for good measure too.

Just want to say that this advice is not consistent for every state. Florida you cannot do it from home unless your home is zoned into a commercial area. You cannot make juice with cottage law, needs a food establishment which will not be allowed in a residential zone.

@@ashleyazemar4351 The whole point of these juicing businesses is becuase people want FRESH JUICE. You can get preserved and pasteurized garbage at the stores all day long for much cheaper. But preserving it severely compromises nutrient levels, severely diminishes the health benefits and they taste terrible. But FRESH juice is labor intensive and requires expensive equipment and economies of scale with high quality produce. THAT is the value an independent juice shop is selling. The labor, the superior nutrient profile and convenience of FRESH, unpreserved juice is literally the product being sold, not just 'juice'. So you wouold be destroying the only real marketable/profitable value of product by trying to 'preserve' it. Once you preserve it you are now selling the same product the grocery store is selling for half the price. You will go out of business very quickly if you try to compete with the same products Walmart and Kroger are selling.
