Pandolce Genovese is a typical holiday bread from the Liguria region of Italy. It is filled with sweet raisins and pine nuts. Really easy to put together and delicious on Christmas morning. Here are the ingredients:
85 gr of Unsalted Butter at room temperature
300 gr All-purpose Flour
105 gr of Sugar
15 gr Baking Powder
1 Tsp of Salt
1 Egg (55 gr)
80 gr Whole Milk
1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp Orange Blossom Water
230 gr of Raisins
75 gr Candied Orange Peel
75 gr Candied Fruit
20 gr of Pine Nuts or Almonds
