How far back did you stretch the rear corners? Iv'e got a standard wheel base TJ and my Mini Boatsides interfere with my OE flares. It seems like the bar is mounted a little too far to the rear for a SWB TJ. Looks just right on a stretched TJ though.

I believe the mini boatsides are specifically built and marketed for streched jeeps. I think its in the description on the site
