Sue Evans, psychoanalytical psychotherapist and co-author of Gender Dysphoria: A Therapeutic Model for Working with Children, Adolescents and Young Adults, first blew the whistle about issues at the Tavistock in 2005. Although an extensive report was written, nothing changed. Then, some fifteen years later, Sue Evans brought the prominent court case that resulted in Bell v Tavistock.
