Thank you! Mom's moves have improved since the earlier workouts! She has gotten stronger and her stamina has increased too! She is an example of how the body will respond to exercising no matter what your age is. She is 81 and wants to keep moving as long as she can! ❤️😸

Thank you April For doing this exercises,I am 75 yrs old and I am a Cancer survivor but I have severe Osteopenia so I am getting Iv treatment every 6 months to prevent Ca of the bones.I have been following your exercises and it helps me regain my strength in walking and now I can run a little bit.I also had Microdiskectomy of my L3 4 5 last June 2019 related to the wear and tear of my Nursing job. Thank you so much now I can do some workouts 2to 3 times a week plus Walking.🤘👩‍🦯

Great workout! I've been away from the gym for two years due to the pandemic. I needed something really easy to get started again. This workout was perfect because there was no twisting or bending. I have a herniated disc in the center of my back so I do have to watch certain things I do. I'll be back again for this workout. Love you two gals!

I have osteoporosis and have really enjoyed your video with no bending or twisting because I've always worried about fractures in other videos. Your mother has really encouraged me with how well she follows along with you and never misses a beat! I just want to know if I should be doing these exercises every day because I also do another exercise video for legs, hips, and glutes since I also have a knee with arthritis.

We're so glad to hear that the no bending or twisting exercises helpful! It's great that you're staying active despite your challenges. You can definitely incorporate these exercises into your routine, but we recommend listening to your body and consulting with a healthcare professional for the best guidance. Generally, cardio can be done everyday and strength training targeting all muscle groups can be done at least twice a week with at least a day of rest in between. Rest is just as important as exercise -- during rest periods, your body recovers and builds muscle. Keep up the great work! 👏❤️

Good afternoon April and Aiko, I went to my Rheumatologist yesterday. He is the Doctor who is taking care of my Osteoporosis. My Doctor said that from taking your exercises my osteoporosis is doing alot better. He wants to put me back on 5 years of the infusion called Ŕeclast. He said that after that the osteoporosis should be gone. I have taken the Reclast before. I just wanted to let you all know and to say Thank you for all of the wonderful exercises. He also told me to keep doing the exercises and don't stop doing them. Give Moochie a kiss for me. Thank you again.

Another great exercise video. So happy to see Mochi doing his zoomies & after that, he is knocked out at the end of the video. Noticed improved flexibility & ease of movement after exercising with both of you these past few months. Occasional bursitis - so that's when I lose the weights for the shoulders (just 2 lbs only). If knee is acting up a tad, TENS (by Omron) goes on. It hleps. Enjoyed every video. Thumbs up1

I have a busy day ahead but managed to fit in this workout before breakfast. It's another "new to me" workout and was a good way to get myself "up and at 'em" this morning. I forgot to switch the order of the strength and cardio exercises, but I'm planning to meet someone about a 10-15 minute walk away (depending on how fast I walk😉) after breakfast,. Would that count as some after-strength-workout cardio in terms of weight-loss benefit, even though it will be about 30-40 minutes after finishing my workout, or is it more like a separate cardio session?

Great job completing this workout before breakfast! What a way to get the day started! I consider your walk to meet your friend a separate cardio workout. But the benefits are the same whether you do cardio right after strength training or after a break. It all adds up. Brava! 👏

I wanted to share this with you and your Mother. Tuesday I had an appointment with my Primary Care doctor. He said that test results were excellent. I him about you and your Mother's KZbins. Both of my Doctor's told me to keep up the good work. I just wanted to say Thank You to both of you for helping me. P. S. Both of my Doctor's are going to look up your you tube's. You're right -- a healthy diet will help you lose weight and a combining it with cardio work and strength training will keep you strong and build muscle. Muscle burns more calories than fat! Hi, may I know which hand holds the heavier one as both of you are using different weights :- 2 & 3 lbs with 5 & 8 lbs. Thanks & this is combination of strength and cardio been looking for.

Hi Ann! We applaud you for focusing on getting stronger! In this video, I am using 5 lb weights in each hand and my mom is using 2 lb weights in each hand. Hi Charlotte! I recommend checking with your doctor to determine the cause of your knee pain - everyone is different and there can be different reasons. With that said, strengthening leg muscles can provide support for your knees. Here is a link to our gentle knee workout: bit.ly/3vTwfoN Check with your doctor to see if these can be helpful for you. Stop if you feel pain with any of the exercises. There is a mini squat in this workout , which you can skip. Wishing you strength! ❤️

For me, this routine is excellent on days after doing an extremely challenging one. It't a "take it easier" day. Yesterday I did the 30-Day Intermediate Plan #4 routine which was exceptionally demanding, and I feel it today. This routine is also good on days when those parts that work hardest when bending and twisting speak out and say "NO!" Your exchanges with your Mom, April, were wonderful and I came away feeling it was a "tootin" hoot! Thank you so much for the fun you two provide!...Anastasia

Love these workouts. As I have gained more weight I gained more aliments. And I kept putting off trying to loose. Now that I am some other workouts were too intense for me even though they said beginner. I love weight training. I pray to building up to doing more and getting back to a healthier body. Thank you! Love latest video. A real tonic🤣😂 I now do at least 30 minutes exercise a day. Feel great at 73 and 'no bending or twisting' video helps my hip and knee joints. Keep going ladies. You are an inspiration. 💖

Thank you for this new workout! I just found out that I have a labral tear, bone spurs, and loss of cartilage in my right hip, most likely from several falls of the last few years. I had already known about torn cartilage in my left knee from an old fall. I'm also having trouble walking properly on my left foot with a bunion. I will talk with my dr this week on future care of these. For today, this is an answer to prayer. I do have osteoporosis and arthritis. Indeed challenging, and some days, there is pain. I care for my special needs non-verbal adult son (age 21) and must take care of myself in order to care for him. Again, thank you!
