Ingredients:
Essential:
150 ml (5 fl oz) milk
2-3 tsp ground coffee
1-2 tsp sugar
1 banana
60 ml (2 fl oz) cream
Method:
1.Peel the banana and mash the pulp until smooth.
2. Whisk the cream with the banana puree using a mixer or an electric handheld whisk until well combined.
3.Add ground coffee, sugar, and milk to a cezve.
4.Heat gently until the mixture begins to rise. Remove from the heat, allow to settle, then return to the heat.
5.Repeat the process once more, removing the cezve just before the foam rises.
6.Strain the brewed coffee into a serving glass.
7.Gently mix in the banana and cream blend.
