I did a hiit workout yesterday and my hip was killing me I have 2 kids so maybe thats why but this morning yoga stretch helped stretch me out and im ready to do my hiit sesion again :-)! Thank you !!!!!

crap, I can't lay on my back, especially in the floor. herniated disks, fused vertebrae, spinal bone spurs, and scoliosis grrrrrr. I will have to start with the sitting up move. lol.
