I feel so blessed to have Yoga originated in my home country. Even the Yoga pose names are in 'sanskrit'.... v all r so lucky to have yoga in our lives. Thanks Joanna

Thank you Nika and Joanna, I definitely felt energized after doing these stretches, but I would like to know how many calories burned in this exercise so I can keep track on my fitness progress..

i definitely gonna do this.. within this fasting month.. i really lost lots of muscle and weight. hope this will help to start to get my muscle back together with swimming 3times aweek

Wow, is that a GENTLE practice!? I couldn't really keep up! But I definitely feel more energized now ;) The ad that popped up during cool down was really annoying! Thanks for this video!

I did a hiit workout yesterday and my hip was killing me I have 2 kids so maybe thats why but this morning yoga stretch helped stretch me out and im ready to do my hiit sesion again :-)! Thank you !!!!!

Hi Nika and Joanna.. I love all you videos and it's really amazing. 👌.. I am a breastfeeding mom of 5 month old. Of late I have been experiencing severe lower back pain and its gets even more severe during night times.. Can you please help me with some postnatal exercises to get rid of the pain.

Thank you very much for this amazing yoga session, I loved it. One question: is it correct that you should wait an one hour after yoga session before you may take a shower? :/

I have read it in my school book that you should wait to eat and bath at least for 45 minutes.

crap, I can't lay on my back, especially in the floor. herniated disks, fused vertebrae, spinal bone spurs, and scoliosis grrrrrr. I will have to start with the sitting up move. lol.
