I love these yoga videos! I do this one before sleeping and the morning one. This yoga sequence really helped to sleep better and was easy enough for me to follow as a non yoga practitioner. Everytime I do it I feel that my body is more flexible!

Thubs down ONLY because this video was interrupted by ads twice! Especially since this is a yoga for bedtime video and as im getting into shivasana suddendly instead of a calming voice booom! ! i get an upbeat music and some sort of ad!! Sleepiness is gone :D

Thank you for a lovely, perfect night-time yoga practice! I don't know if you're aware, but the yoga class got interrupted twice (in addition to the ad before the video) by a Gaia ad. I am totally fine with the ad before the video, as I want you to make $

I just had a very long and active weekend, so I have decided to use this yoga video to calm down and make me feel relaxed even after a busy weekend. It really worked, the only things, what are annoyed me, were two ads during session. Is there any way to skip having ads in the yoga videos which are keeping disturb the regular flow of the yoga session? Anyway, thanks a lot. Sophie-Ira

Hi Joanna/Nika, I would love to see some videos specifically for plus size people or those with limited flexibility. I love you videos but I find it hard to complete some of the exercises.
