I'm 15 weeks and I haven't exercised for almost 4 month due to the risk of miscarriage. But now i'm allowed and i'm happy to join you again. It was pure joy to do yoga and fell my body. Sending love to you all from Kyiv, Ukraine.

I really enjoyed this most out of all the pregnancy videos I've done but there were SO many ads compared to other yoga videos I've done. It made it really hard to get totally into it.

Totally agree with you, 3 times during this relaxing yoga is a way too much ads

@@olgabaeva2087 it was at least 6 ads for me, every 3-5 minutes a new ad would interrupt a pose. i understand there might be a few but this was my favorite prenatal video i’ve found yet by far the most interrupted. i was just disappointed.

15 weeks! I am from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I started doing yoga in March and did it every single day until I discover that I was pregnant. The 1st trimester was difficult. I did not have energy to do anything. But 3 days ago I started my morning yoga routine again. And it feels amazing. I already knew your channel, so I was glad to see that you have pregnancy yoga videos. Just finished the gentle prenatal routine and LOVED it. Thank you.

I am 33 weeks pregnant, with my 4th sweet son. I focused on yoga/meditation/mantras a lot more in my previous pregnancies. I am committing to getting on the mat every day, from this point through labor. I know how beneficial and empowering it is, and I very much enjoyed this first practice. I particularly like the way you talk us through the form and focus and still leave space, for us to do what we feel is right for us in the moment. Thank you for your energy and your time. I’m exactly 40 full weeks today, and have been doing these series for the past weeks almost daily. So, thank you! I’m really happy you have created this video. My only wish is, that you would at some point re-record with higher quality (image-wise, now the video is a tiny bit blurry), and maybe create a 45 min or 60min version as well. Any way, thank you! You must have saved many pregnant ladies from much pain.

Thank you for this practice❤ it’s just what I needed. This is the first day of my promise to myself: every day yoga throughout the pregnancy. I’m 15 weeks pregnant with a boy🥰 and the last few weeks been really tough due to major problems with the baby daddy. However, I’m so grateful finally being able to give my baby some positive moments here❤

I'm 22 weeks pregnant with my baby girl! After some pregnancy complications at the beginning I feel really tight as was prescribed bedrest for some weeks. Now I'm very happy that everything went fine and I'm allowed to to get back to my yoga praxis. Always very happy to start my day with you :) Thanks so much for sharing these videos! Sat nam!

I am only 13 weeks. But I’m overweight and have never exercised before. I thought this might be a good way to start! It’s enjoyable and I can actually make it through without feeling foolish or in over my head! 2nd video I’ve tried of yours and it’s helped me feel better throughout the day both times so far! Sometimes yoga on KZbin is hit or miss, but this is awesome for just waking up. I love that you included variations. I'm 27 weeks pregnant and still practice yoga. I normal do a normal vinsasa flow and adapt some of the poses according to my growing belly or a little bit of yin yoga.

I am 37 weeks pregnant and resorted to this practice as a grounding tool this morning as my first child starts school. I feel great. I woke up this morning hours before with anxiety all referring to things out of my control. So I centered. Thank you for your gentle and yet challenging practice that helped me on my journey today. I am 28 weeks pregnant and my body has been screaming out for movement and stretching these last months. This was just what I needed this morning. I focused a lot on breathing out the frustration that I was feeling when poses were more difficult that I wanted them to be, and I feel very peaceful now, ready to take on the day.

I had my baby a few weeks ago. I used your videos to practice yoga at least 3 times per week during my pregnancy. Thank you so much! I know it was definitely one of the reasons I arrived at the hospital with 7 cm dilation and almost no pain. ✨😍

Hello! My name is Lindsay, and I’ve never done yoga before but with this little baby growing inside of me I’ve been trying to take better care of myself. Eating better, getting more exercise etc. So I decided to try this out! I’m 23 weeks pregnant today with a baby boy! This video was amazing! Really easy for beginners to follow and I loved how you kept saying whatever feels good to you making me feel comforted if I couldn’t quite do a pose due to my lack of flexibility! Will definitely be saving this video so I can do in mornings to come! Thank you!

Loved this, it may be a morning practice but it was perfect for unwinding between getting home and having dinner too! I'm 34 weeks and it's just right pace for me. Have had cramp in the side of my stomach all day and it has eased now! Thank you :)

I am currently 23 weeks pregnant and this past week I have really been struggling with pelvic and lower back pain. These videos really help so much (when I do them). Hopefully continued practice each day will get me longer in the day with less discomfort!

Peace Brett, I am 23 weeks and 4 days pregnant and I really appreciated the time you took to hold poses and breath deeply. I have been practicing for a few years now but I still love those gentle reminders to breath deeply, and being given the time to take several breaths in a pose during a guided practice.
