I really enjoyed this most out of all the pregnancy videos I've done but there were SO many ads compared to other yoga videos I've done. It made it really hard to get totally into it.

@@olgabaeva2087 it was at least 6 ads for me, every 3-5 minutes a new ad would interrupt a pose. i understand there might be a few but this was my favorite prenatal video i’ve found yet by far the most interrupted. i was just disappointed.

15 weeks! I am from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I started doing yoga in March and did it every single day until I discover that I was pregnant. The 1st trimester was difficult. I did not have energy to do anything. But 3 days ago I started my morning yoga routine again. And it feels amazing. I am committing to getting on the mat every day, from this point through labor. I know how beneficial and empowering it is, and I very much enjoyed this first practice. I’m exactly 40 full weeks today, and have been doing these series for the past weeks almost daily. So, thank you! I’m really happy you have created this video. My only wish is, that you would at some point re-record with higher quality (image-wise, now the video is a tiny bit blurry), and maybe create a 45 min or 60min version as well. Any way, thank you! Sometimes yoga on KZbin is hit or miss, but this is awesome for just waking up. I love that you included variations. I'm 27 weeks pregnant and still practice yoga. I normal do a normal vinsasa flow and adapt some of the poses according to my growing belly or a little bit of yin yoga.

I am currently 23 weeks pregnant and this past week I have really been struggling with pelvic and lower back pain. These videos really help so much (when I do them). Hopefully continued practice each day will get me longer in the day with less discomfort!

Peace Brett, I am 23 weeks and 4 days pregnant and I really appreciated the time you took to hold poses and breath deeply. I have been practicing for a few years now but I still love those gentle reminders to breath deeply, and being given the time to take several breaths in a pose during a guided practice.
