i'm 5 weeks pregnant and this is my first kid so the emotions i'm feeling i've never felt before and this was my first time meditating and doing yoga and this helped me so sooo much my boyfriend doesn't understand much so i need to find a peace of mind in myself and this is a start and so far from just this one video i feel amazing i'm soo greatful for you and will be watching your videos throughout my pregnancy and after. hopefully i get flexible too. :)

I just completed this video on my 12th week of my 4th pregnancy. I've been doing yoga for 15 years. It's been a heavy emotional journey being pregnant. My first pregnancy resulted in a perfect baby who is now 3. My 2nd and 3rd were miscarriages. I just found out at my 12 week ultrasound that there is a fetal anomaly and a good chance this one will not make it either. I still feel pregnant, and today is the first day i've done a full yoga practice since testing positive. The 1st trimester drained my whole self out of me. The words that you spoke in this video were so simple, but made an impact on me. I need to hold my belly, take time to show love to the being inside of me. Maybe if i do things different this time, and actively set intentions for this pregnancy, it will manifest positive outcomes: holding a living thriving baby in my arms at the end. I just want to thank you! Not only did this help me physically (great flow and postures), but on a spiritual level that i did not expect. Namaste

I found this channel when I was 39 weeks pregnant with my first baby. I realized how relaxing and helpful yoga is at that moment as I was doing mostly HIIT and Cardio at that time. Now I am 5 weeks pregnant with my 2nd. I learned about it only yesterday. I don't want to waste any time so started today. Thanks for your wonderful videos.

I couldn’t comment on the kid’s workout videos but I just wanted to say that I appreciate your videos so much. I’m a stay at home dad due to the pandemic and these videos have helped engage my 3 year old so much. Lately the air quality from fires has been so bad, that this is our best way to burn that kid energy

I've never done yoga before but I've gone from being fairly active before pregnancy running and cycling to sedentary at 9 weeks pregnant due to nausea and fatigue, I figured I would give this a try as any other form of exercise would just be too much for me right now. This was just so relaxing and at times I even felt emotional during these poses. Thanks hormones!! But either way, this just felt GREAT and exactly what I needed. I am definitely going to be trying more pregnancy yoga to get me through 1st trimester. Thank you!! ❤

Almost 11 weeks here :) The sickness seems to quiet down a bit (or I am just getting used to it and it doesn't bother me as much as it did first). Love these videos. instructor talks gently, explains clearly and moves slowly which made it very easy to follow up, perfect for beginners. The moves really help to relax my body and give body some good stretches. I do it everyday!

Almost 13 weeks pregnant with baby #3. I've had bad morning sickness the entire time so this my first time doing any sort of workout routine. Feels amazing after barely moving the last 2 months. I plan to do your stretches several times a week to hopefully prevent any aches and pains during pregnancy, in between my workout days. ❤️
