Hey mamas,
This is a 20-minute morning prenatal yoga flow. It is a gentle flow that you can do during any stage of your pregnancy. I highly recommend using 2 yoga blocks for this class but, if you don't have any you can use a thick pillow instead.
Great for:
-Energizing
-Hip and shoulder mobility
-Any stage of pregnancy

Thanks for the prenatal classes... I am quite stickler for following people... I only use one Yoga youtuber. But she doesn't do prenatal. So it so nice to find someone who does a good yoga practice and not just stretching. Please update more ☺🤗🤰

That was different than other prenatal yoga classes I have tried so far, more of a workout, less relaxing, I enjoyed it, thank you! :) I bought blocks a few weeks ago and finally found a class where I needed them for most of the time.

I'm so glad you liked the class! Blocks are such a great prop to have. They make postures a little more accessible 😀

Great flow! With one exception: for a morning flow, starting with laying down puts me back to sleep. I like the breath focus, but I modify by sitting up and focusing on my breath. I need to wake up, not fall back to sleep ;) Usually.... Thank you!

Very nice workout ☺️ Finally some new moves )) Only one question - is it really safe to put the legs up, even with a block? There are so many disputes on the internet, some say yes, some say never... Thank you :-)

Hey great question! Honestly, it really depends. If you have any blood pressure issues then I would say don’t do it but it saved me during my pregnancy. My legs and feet were so swollen so I put my legs up like this until the day I had my baby. Everyone’s pregnancy is different. If you don’t feel safe about doing it then I would say skip it.
