Hello and welcome!
Join me for a gentle yin flow where we'll be stretching our neck, shoulders, and upper back. This practice is perfect if you've been sitting at a desk all day, or if you're experiencing any stiffness or pain in your neck and shoulders.
Feel free to modify any poses as needed so they are comfortable for you. This practice shouldn't cause any pain!

I'm a veteran with chronic fear and chronic pain no doc can figure out. I have done this video and the hip one everyday for the last 2 months and I haven't slept this well or been this calm since I was a teen. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

I like the peaceful sound of no sound. Too much music takes our focus and is distracting imo. We are bombarded with sounds 24/7. Quiet....so we can focus and listen to our bodies and inner self and God...the most peaceful sound. Ty for this, ❤ your channel. Neck/shoulder, Hip Opening my favorite everyday.

It's just amaizing how much you get in 20.minutes, and with your energy it's still super peacefull. This might also be a really nice longer vid with a vew longer sets ❤❤ ty so much

Y’all, the point of yin yoga is to be calm, slow & quiet. If you’re bothered by the silence, it’s probably doing what it need to 😂 I promise it’s okay.
