Join me for Day 2 of my Gentle Yoga Series. This series is suitable for all levels, including beginners. It's a short, gentle practice that was designed to leave you feeling relaxed and cultivates deep and even breathing.
Gentle Yoga is one of the greatest acts of self care when we are in need of nourishment. For example it helps with sleep, burnout, stress & anxiety. It can transform our health, increase energy and refreshes tired and worn out Moms.
