This is slow and sleepy evening stretch routine to help you wind down from the day and encourage a deep and restful night’s sleep. We use gentle flowing movements (don’t worry about what they look like, focus on how they feel) and then hold some longer stretches for the hips and spine to release any pent up tension or stress that may have gathered during our day.
