Great detailed routine with plenty of options. Without doubt the best yoga instruction I have found so far on You Tube. Great that correct breathing was incorporated as it is often forgotten.

I did this sequence after over-extending my glutes/hips from running and doing lunges, and it helped so much! It was a great way to stretch it all out and prevent further injury.

This is an awesome video to find after a couple of years power lifting with no recovery days. I have the tightest legs in the world and this was agony, but you made this so enjoyable :).

I just started a thirty day body fit challenge and my legs are ridiculously tight because of squats, this routine really helped loosen up my legs and hips, thanks for the great video!

Just did this oldie but a perfect goodie after a run outside and it was just what I needed to loosen up my legs after pounding the pavement!
