I have been doing these stretches after every run! Thank you so much! It has helped my IT bands a lot! Now I can still keep running!

This one has been a game changer for me. It really helps address tightness and sudden pain in my knee by loosen the muscles around it. Thanks David!

thanks David, I love your yoga. I always feel a lot of stretching with your exercises Thanks for posting and please post more data yoga, specially the basic yoga postures in a nice sequence.

I'm so pleased that I finally found a stretch that truly works my IT bands! I am a naturally very flexible runner and yogi, so finding a position that really gets into my IT bands has been difficult. Those last two reclining poses with the wrapped strap did the job beautifully. Much thanks to you!

This is a great video, thank you! I am trying to combine running and yoga (after years of either practicing yoga or going running). The quad stretch against the wall is amazing! :)

Right, I see what you are saying. Perhaps you could do it enough times to memorize it. Then you could hold them for as long as you like!
