I watched a lot of your videos. I know you can repair the whole house, you know to do many things. If you would decide to share ALL your knowledge and your talents, I think you would need 20 videos a day to show everything you know.

Hey Geo. I like the fact that you don't restrict yourself to blokey masculinity, and that you are not afraid to show another side of manhood. You cover both the more sensitive things and the more typical guy things. And for that IMO, you deserve much respect and big ups. It's a real credit to you. Great work. Well played sir.

I'd gotten too old (and too married) before I'd realised quite how much ladies notice hands and nails. Probably a worthwhile thing to invest your time in if you are still in the game. You are truly a man of many parts!

Nice tutorial Geo! Back in the day manicurists would use pink rouge and a chamois buffer to shine the nails, but that buffing block is more efficient and less messy.
@geofatboy3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for sharing RK. I did not know this. These little buffing blocks are pretty amazing by comparison.
@Shaverboy5163 жыл бұрын
@@geofatboy Yes my mother was a beautician and manicurist back in the 60s and 70s and that’s how it was done, those blocks cut on time spent too.

What do the half moons on nails symbolize ?
@geofatboy3 жыл бұрын
That half moon at the base of the nail is actually called a lunula, and if you see it, you're in good shape. If you don't, you may have a vitamin deficiency. Also, you may need to push your cuticles back to see it.

Why do you push the cuticles from outward to inward? Is the other way around fine too?
@theweekendtimes99953 жыл бұрын
First of all, there's no tool that can "pull" the cuticles outward. If there is, PM me. Either way, you push the cuticles inward so that you can clean up the dead skin on your nails and expose new nails, assisting with nail growth. Pulling it out would do the opposite and wouldn't feel good/right since you're going opposite the direction of nail growth. Both men and women have to do this sooner or later in life. Can't expect dead skin to go away on its own.
@rockubabe3 жыл бұрын
Men need to take care of their skin, hands, and general aesthetics. The archaic notion of “men do not those things” needs to go.
