I'm an OG J&A fan... from very early... and Geoffrey is fucking brilliant. I love this new character and I laugh harder at him than anything else I think I've ever seen. Im a big fan and will press like no matter what but here are three of my criticisms: (1) Geoffrey the Random: The Amir version of dumb was entertaining because it was counter-intuitive and character driven. Geoffrey on the other hand is barely a person, he's a vessel for random words. And randomness is a novelty that wears thin very very very fast. (2) Hire audio/video techs: Its amazing how noticeable the drop in audio and videography is compared to the CH days. (3) Rewatchability: I can enjoy any of your past contents again and again. Its a joy to notice the tiny quirks done or words chosen by each character presented in such clean editing. I can't say the same for these Headgum vids. There are no characters but roles of two: Someone's either assigned a "random" or a "wth" guy. rinse. repeat.

I do think Geoffrey is great but yes recently they keep pushing the nonsensical words as running jokes that were only funny the first time. Not the best writing if they just substitute a good punchline for a random phrase aka "Its Never Been" all the time.
